Refund and Return Policy

At Nelly art studio, we are committed to creating unique and personalized works of art for our clients. Each painting is handmade, made to order, according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific return and refund policy.

1. Custom Orders

All of our paintings are created custom, specifically for you. Therefore:

  • No refunds are possible once the order is confirmed.

  • No returns are accepted, except in the case described below.

2. Variations in Color and Appearance

Please note that each painting is a unique, handmade creation. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur compared to the images shown on our website or the descriptions provided.

These variations are an integral part of the artisanal nature of our works and do not constitute a reason for return or refund.

3. Damages During Delivery

In the exceptional case that your painting is damaged during transport:

  • You must notify us within 12 hours of receipt.

  • Clear photos of the damage must be provided to us.

  • If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the painting with a new similar creation.

  • No cash refunds will be made, but a store credit may be issued if replacement is not possible.

4. Claim Process

To report damage related to transport:

  1. Contact us by email at Nellyartstudioinfo@gmail.com within 12 hours of receipt.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  3. Our team will review your claim and contact you within 5 business days.

5. Order Modifications

Once your order is confirmed, no modifications can be made due to the personalized nature of our creations.

It allows us to continue to create unique and personalized works of art while maintaining the quality of our service.
